We want you to love your jewelry purchase! If you're unsatisfied with your order please email contact@carolyncolby.com to arrange for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and be unused to receive a full refund. Returns must be shipped to our HQ within 14 days of the purchase date. 

REPAIRS

We will gladly repair any item purchased at carolyncolby.com. Repairs are free of charge for items purchased within 6 months. Beyond 6 months, there may be a repair fee depending on the nature of damage, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
